WESTBOROUGH – An all-day Wifi Radio Vendor Forum will be held on May 1, 2007, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel in Westborough. The event seeks to provide municipalities with an opportunity to learn first-hand more about these technologies.

Mary Hart of Cambridge, Kathleen McCarthy of Framingham, and Kevin Stokes of Brookline, members of the Municipal Broadband Working Group, encouraged participation in the event, saying that participation was a way “to collaborate and leverage opportunities."

Registration for the forum is free, thanks to the support of MTC’s John Adams Innovation Institute and Cisco.
