Exhibitor Room

Exhibitor Room:
In addition to the presentations and panel discussions, we will have a space for exhibitors. There is time built into the program to allow attendees to visit the exhibitor space. We invite any organization to participate in this exhibitor space as an opportunity to interact directly with event attendees and also to provide them with information about their organization. Each organization that registers for a table in the Exhibitor Room will be provided with a 6’ table along with 2 chairs.

Exhibitor Room Schedule:

Setup time:
- Friday February 29th, 4pm-7pm
- Saturday March 1st, 6:30am – 7:30am
Exhibitor Room Open: Saturday March 1st
- 7:30am – 8:30am
- 10:00am – 2:30pm

Table Registration:
There is no cost for a table in the Exhibitor Room, however space is limited. The deadline for registration is Friday February 22, 2008, however the space may fill up before that date therefore please sign up for a table soon.
