ROOFING AND CARPENTRY SERVICES
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative owns and operates from a 10-building, 36-acre site located in Westborough, Massachusetts. The Campus generates revenue and supports MTC’s programmatic activities. MTC actively utilizes three of the ten buildings on the Campus. MTC is planning repairs to the Auditorium building, a one-story, approximately 24,000 square foot, red brick building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The repairs will include, but is not limited to, roofing, related carpentry work and painting.
