Welcome to the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, the state’s development agency for the innovation economy.

The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MTC) is an independent public agency dedicated to the formation, retention, and expansion of technology-related enterprises in Massachusetts. Through its three divisions—the Massachusetts e-Health Institute, the John Adams Innovation Institute, and the Massachusetts Broadband Institute—MTC has major programs in health care technology, life sciences, information technology, nanotechnology, broadband deployment, and marine sciences.
