Round 2 Request for Proposals
OVERVIEW
Through Round 2 of the Massachusetts Green Power
Partnership (MGPP) MTC offered to purchase attributes in the form of renewable
energy certificates (“RECs”) and to provide other REC market price
risk hedging contracts to developers of eligible renewable energy generation
projects and to companies that purchase RECs from eligible facilities.
