Summary
MTC, on behalf of its division, the John Adams Innovation Institute (“the Innovation Institute”) is issuing this Request for Proposals for Consulting Services (the “RFP”) (RFP No. 2012-JAII-01) to develop a list of firms that may be called upon by the Innovation Institute to provide certain consulting services (as set forth in Section 2, the “Consulting Services”) on an on-call and as-needed basis.
