Philip F. Holahan
Deputy Director and General Counsel

Philip F. Holahan is the Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative. Mr. Holahan also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of MTC.

Mr. Holahan has significant experience in matters related to science and technology policy and public economic development programs. He previously served as the Assistant Secretary and General Counsel of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Economic Affairs and General Counsel of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education. Mr. Holahan received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross, Master in Public Administration degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University, and Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation degrees from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Holahan is a member of the Massachusetts and New Jersey Bars.
